I UNDERSTAND THAT DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
I UNDERSTAND THAT MY DEPOSIT WILL BE HONORED 1 YEAR AND CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO A FUTURE LITTER. High Point Shih Tzu will gladly take a puppy back for any reason and try to find it a forever home. However, no refunds will be given.
Buyer has read and understands and acknowledges that no cash refund or reimbursement for veterinary fees will be made and that the initial examination must be done within 48 hours of purchase or the guarantee is void.
Final payment must be paid in CASH.
Buyer agrees that if puppy is not picked up by 9 weeks old, there will be a $10 a day boarding fee charge.
I have read this contract, understand it fully, and will abide completely in order to keep the guarantee in full effect.
